STUFFED ARTICHOKE
INGRIDIENTS
6 artichokes
2 tomatoes
A bunch of mint
A bunch of parsley
A bunch of dill
2 lemons
A cup of rice
3 table spoons of flour
A cup of olive oil
2 teaspoons of salt
4-5 liters of water
First we prepare the water that artichokes will be kept
before filling. We need a large bowl to put 3 or 4 liters of water. We add 2
table spoons of flour and juice of one lemon. We whisk them well.
Next, we clean the artichokes. We cut the stem and edge of
the leaves as shown in video. With help of a dessert spoon, we dig the bottom
of the bowl of the artichoke. We need to clean the hairy part well. When our
artichoke is ready, we put it into the floured water.
After cleaning all the artichokes, we cut the rinsed
vegetables into small pieces. They are all mixed with rinsed rice. Half cup of
olive oil and two teaspoons of salt are added. When the mixture is ready, we
stuff the artichokes with it.
We pour the rest of the olive oil on the bottom of the pan.
You can use a pressure cooker. We put all the stuffed artichokes in the pan. We
put a table spoon of flour into a liter of boiling hot water. We add juice of a
lemon in it and whisk them well. We pour the mixture over the stuffed
artichokes.
If you prefer a pressure cooker, 25 minutes will be enough
for cooking. For ordinary pans, you need low heat and almost an hour for
cooking. The best way is checking the rice.

REVANİ DESERT)
Ingredients :
3 eggs
A glass
of sugar
A glass
of semolina
A glass
of milk
A glass
of oil
A glass
of flour
½ glass
of blue poppy seed
A
packet of vanilla
A
packet of baking powder
For syrup :
2
glasses of sugar
3
glasses of water
For topping
2 packets of whipped cream
A tea glass of milk (75 ml)
PREPARATION :
1-First, beat the eggs with sugar until they
all get fluffy
2- Next, add mil and oil and mix them all
3- Then, add semolina ,flour and poppy seed
4- After mixing them all, add vanilla and
baking powder . Whip for a while. Pour the mixture into oily tray.
5- Put the tray into a preheated oven and
bake at 170 degrees.
6- For the syrup boil sugar and water for two
minutes.
7-
Wait for it to cool down.
8-Pour the syrup onto the cooled cake.
9-For the topping, whip the milk and cream
very well.
10- Keep the whipped cream in the fridge for
15-20 minutes.
11- Finally, spread the cream over the cake and sprinkle some poppy seeds.

A tea spoon of salt
3 glasses of flour
A packet of baking powder
Egg yolk for topping
We put all the ingridients together and mix them.
We knead the dough very well.
We make small balls of dough , press them on the top
slightly.
We spread some egg yolk over them.
We bake them at 170 degrees for half an hour.

We pour the syrup over the frying semolina. We cook for a few minutes. Our

Hello, I will give you the recipe of vine leaf rolls.
INGRIDIENTS :
3 onions
2 glasses of rice
A table spoon of tomato paste
A table spoon of capia pepper paste
A tea spoon of Salt, A tea spoon of black pepper, two tea spoons of dried mint,
A tea spoon of sumac
10 – 12 branches of Parsley
½ kilo of Vine leaf
A kilo of tenderized meat
VINE LEAF RECIPE
First , we dice the onions. Then we
fry them .We add paste and
rice. We fry them for a few minutes. We add salt,black pepper, dried mint, sumac
and parsley. Now the filling is ready.
We put the filling into the vine leaves and roll them.
We put the tenderized meat bottom of the pan. We put the
rolls on the meat. We add two glasses of water. We cook them for 45 minutes at
a low heat.

INGRIDIENTS
A potato
A cup of green peas
Half cup of rice
250 grams minced meat
1 liter of water
1 teaspoon of salt
Half cup of flour
Pinch of dried mint
Pinch of blackpepper
Two table spoons of olive oil
Half lemon
We put water into the pan and leave it for boiling.
We dice the carrot and potato and put them into the boiling
water, we add the peas.
We mix the rice and meat ,we add blackpepper and salt.
We take small pieces of the mixture and roll them.
We put the flour into a tray and we put our meatballs into
the flour.
After we roll all of the mixture, we rock the tray.
We add the meatballs to the boiling vegetables and they all
boil for half an hour.
We add salt.
We heat the olive oil in a soucepan for the topping . We add
dried mint into the hot oil and pour the mixture over the pan.
Finally, add juice of half lemon. Stir the mixture.
Our dish is ready.
Serve it warm. Have
